Otamatone Original (Black & White)

The standard model of the note-shaped instrument Otamatone was released in 2009. Plays notes when the stem is pressed and adds vibrato when the mouth is moved. Also allows octave changes. With a little practice you perform songs in no time. The perfect choice for Otamatone beginners.

Otamatone Neo

The 10th anniversary model has been improved for even better playability. It also allows smartphone connectivity via OTM Link. An official app called Otamatone Studio has released alongside the new model to allow you to change your Otamatone's sound. We also added a power LED to remind you when you have run out of batteries. It comes in a transparent box that makes for a perfect gift. A most special edition for a most special occasion.

Otamatone Deluxe

A bigger version of the Otamatone. As fun to play as the original but easier to handle and with an improved instrument feel. Can output sound through headphones or speakers thanks to a 3.5mm stereo jack. Also allows usage of an AC adapter (not included) so you never need to be afraid again of running out of batteries without noticing.

Otamatone Colors

An Otamatone edition in healthy colors, complementing the standard black and white versions. Functions and size are similar to the standard Otamatone.

Otamatone Sweets

Otamatone JAPAN

The Otamatone was born in Japan so why not dress it in Kabuki, Ninja or Lucky Cat clothes? The first Otamatone with a two-colored body has the model name imprinted on its flag in Japanese kanji characters. Mt. Fuji and traditional Japanese paper patterns inspired the package design. Functions and size are similar to the standard Otamatone.

Otamatone Kirby

The second character edition of the Otamatone was released to celebrate Kirby's 25th anniversary. The body is pink and Kirby's face has been printed on the silicon head. The Otamatone's round head and Kirby are a match made in heaven. It doesn't get much cuter than performing Kirby's songs with the moving mouth! Functions and size are similar to the standard Otamatone.

Otamatone KISS

The third character edition of the Otamatone is an homage to the rock band KISS! Imprinted with the trademark make up and a silver flag and ring resembling KISS' costumes. Each flag comes with an autograph of the respective band member. A rock star Otamatone for rock star performances! Functions and size are similar to the standard Otamatone.

Otamatone Kumamon

A collaboration with the popular Kumamon bear, this is the first character edition ever released of the Otamatone. The silicon head comes complete with ears and a print of Kumamon's face. It's looking calm and extremely cute. Functions and size are similar to the standard Otamatone.

Otamatone Techno

Connect a smartphone and change your sound with this upgrade of the Otamatone Deluxe and the new OTM Link feature! Our app gives you tons of possibilities! A 3.5mm stereo jack for speaker and headphone output has been added as well. And thanks to a DC jack you can now use an AC adapter and never need to worry about battery life anymore. Functions and size are similar to the Otamatone Deluxe.

Otamatone Melody

It doesn't get much easier than this: Just press the play button to the rhythm of the selected song and perform 11 famous tunes from all over the world. With Otamatone Melody everyone can be a star musician! A movable mouth for vibrato and an octave switch are included as well. How about forming an Otamatone choir with your friends? Use the Otamatone Melody as a key chain and take it where ever you go!

1. Stem Switch

Press anywhere on the black area to play notes. The lower the area the higher the note.

2. Head

Extremely cute and made of soft silicon. Press the cheeks to move the mouth.

3. Tail

No functionality but pretty cool. Can spin like a record (without the sound).

1. Push Technique

Play notes by simply pressing the stem switch.
*Unlike a touch screen you need to squeeze the stem with two fingers.

2. Portamento Technique

Let your fingers slide for gradual note progression.

3. Wah-wah Technique

Move the mouth to change the sound.

4. Vibrato Technique

Shake the stem while playing a note to add vibrato.
