TERMS AND CONDITIONS (2/6)

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering into this Instagram Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to  the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Instagram Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Hamee US Corporation, with its principal place of business at 19350 Van Ness Ave Torrance, CA 90501.

Note: Sanrio Inc. and Camp NYC, Inc., and their respective affiliated companies, are not a sponsor and are released from all liability.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants and winner(s) agree to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless (“release”) Sponsor, Sanrio, Inc., Camp NYC, Inc., their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, and their respective entities, and each of their officers, employees, members, managers, shareholders, successors, assigns, contractors, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all threatened or actual claims, debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, judgments, settlements (whether or not litagation is commenced), obligations, damages (including without limitation wrongful death, bodily or personal injury and disability), losses, accounts, reckonings, executions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), property damages and any other losses, penalties or fines whatsoever of any kind or nature, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, asserted or un-asserted, that entrant or winner ever had, now have, or that may arise in the future (“Disputes”) asserted in, arising out of or based upon participation in this Sweepstakes and Contest (in whole or in part), prize-related activity or inability to participate in (parts thereof), the delivery, acceptance, use, mis-use of a prize or any failure with respect thereto, including but not limited to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, invasion of the rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, any act, default, omission, non-compliance, and/or a violation or breach of any agreement, representation, warranty or covenant made herein, or any other agreements by/with entrant, the Released Parties, and/or any other party or entity. Further, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting the foregoing, entrants and winner covenant not to sue any Released Party or cause them to be sued regarding any matter released herein, and further covenant not to disaffirm, limit or rescind these releases. A waiver by one or more of the Released Parties of any term in these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of any other provision. Any provision determined to be invalid shall be stricken to the extent of its invalidity and the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Eligibility: Entrants must be at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry, and if a minor, have parental consent. Entrants must be located in the United States at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is intended for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and distributors, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.

Entry Period: The 'CAMP x Hamee Giveaway Hello Kitty Otamatone' Instagram Sweepstakes begins on 2/6/2024 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) and ends on 2/13/2024 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

How to Enter: At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Instagram Sweepstakes by following @hameeus and @campstores, liking the Giveaway commencement post and tagging a friend in the comments. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Prizes: Five (5) winners will receive One (1) Hello Kitty Otamatone

Winner Selection: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the promotion period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message on or about one day after the random drawing. Potential winners must accept a prize within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list.
