Agreement to Official Rules: By entering into this Instagram Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Instagram Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Hamee US Corporation, with its principal place of business at 19350 Van Ness Ave Torrance, CA 90501.
Eligibility: Entrants must be at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry, and if a minor, have parental consent. Entrants must be located in the United States at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is intended for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and distributors, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.
Entry Period: The 'Hamee Holiday Giveaway Pusheen Prize Set' Instagram Sweepstakes begins on 12/13/2023 at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) and ends on 12/14/2023 at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time).
How to Enter: At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Instagram Sweepstakes by following @hameeus, liking the Giveaway commencement post and tagging a friend in the comments. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
Prizes: One (1) winner will receive (1) Pusheen AirPods Pro Case (1) Pusheen Bathrobe Jumbo Squishy (1) Pusheen Pastel Capsule Squishies Full Set (1) Pusheen Catfe Capsule Squishies Full Set (1) Pusheen The Cat AirTag Case Set (3) Pusheen SquiSHU Squishy Toy (4) Pusheen Junk Food Square Squishy
Winner Selection: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the promotion period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message on or about one day after the random drawing. Potential winners must accept a prize within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list.
