Agreement to Official Rules: By entering into this TikTok Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Hamee Otamatone TikTok Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Hamee US Corporation, with its principal place of business at 19350 Van Ness Ave Torrance, CA 90501.
Eligibility: Entrants must be at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry, and if a minor, have parental consent. Entrants must be located in the United States at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is intended for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and distributors, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.
Entry Period: The 'Hamee Otamatone’ TikTok Sweepstakes begins on 10/04/23 at 2:15 PM (Pacific Time) and ends on 10/20/23 at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time).
How to Enter: At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Hamee Otamatone TikTok Sweepstakes by (a) posting a video on TikTok using the hashtag #HameeOtamaContest featuring an otamatone or about the otamatone and tagging Hamee’s brand account (@hameeus) during the Entry Period. Entries are limited to one submission via TikTok. Each person submitting a valid Entry and complying with all other entry and eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules will be considered an “Entrant.” The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
Prior to entering the Contest, entrants (if not minors in their legal state of residence) or parents and/or legal guardians of minor entrants must acknowledge that they agree: (1) to their/their child’s entry in the Contest; and (2) that the Contest Entities shall have a license (discussed further in the “Use of Videos and Entry Information” section below) in and to their/their child’s submitted Video (including all material embodied therein) immediately upon submission.
Sponsor is not responsible for any charges if you opt to access the contest via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.
Entrant’s Representations: By submitting an Entry, you represent and warrant that the submission does not infringe the rights of any third party and the submission has not been previously published in any medium.
Videos do not have to include any people, but if a Video includes anyone other than the entrant, that entrant (if not a minor in his/her legal state of residence) or that minor entrant’s parents and/or legal guardians must have received each person’s permission to submit the Video for the Contest prior to submitting the Video. By submitting a Video that includes pictures or images of any people other than the entrant, that entrant (if not a minor in his/her legal state of residence) or that minor entrant’s parents and/or legal guardians represent and warrant to Sponsors that said entrant or parents and/or legal guardians of minor entrants have obtained express permission of such people to submit a Video including their likeness or image to Sponsors in connection with this Contest, with the understanding that upon submission, Contest Entities have a license in and to the Video.
Prohibited Content: Videos must not, as determined in Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion: (1) have ever been previously published; (2) infringe upon any rights of any third party including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity and/or privacy; (3) be or contain any content that is or may be perceived as violent, immoral, defamatory, derogatory, offensive, illegal, sexually suggestive, obscene, or similarly inappropriate; (4) contain, include, or encourage images or activities that are dangerous, unsafe, or present unreasonable risk of harm to person or property; (5) suggest or imply to any person to undertake any dangerous, unsafe, or unduly risky activity; (6) be dangerous or unsafe to make or produce; (7) contain any mention, discussion, logo, trademark, service mark, storefront, trade dress, mascot, photograph, or other image or intellectual property of any business or company without that entity’s prior written consent; and (8) contain any names or private and/or sensitive information about the entrant or anyone else. Such inappropriate Videos are strictly prohibited, and any Video in violation of the above requirements and restrictions, as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, shall be deemed void.
License: By submitting an Entry, Entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use the Entry with or without modifications, in any form or medium whether now existing or later developed.
All Entries are subject to verification and approval by the Sponsor. Entries that do not meet the requirements specified below or otherwise do not comply with the Official Rules herein may be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Contest as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and to award the prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

Four (4) winners will each receive (1) Otamatone Regular Black (1) Otamatone Regular Blue (1) Otamatone Regular Kirby and (1) $100 Hamee.com VirtualGift Card
Winner Selection: The winner of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will be selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the promotion period. The winner selection is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final.
The winner(s) of the secondary prize will be selected by Sponsor’s guest judges.The winner selection is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final.
Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified via TikTok direct message on or about one day after selection. Potential winners must accept a prize within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. Entrants must provide a valid email address to receive a virtual gift card.
Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list.
